Cisco Aironet streetlight power tap adapter allows you to power your Cisco Aironet 1570 Series Outdoor Access Points from the AC power available at the light pole. The unit installs at the top of the luminaire twist-lock receptacle, providing uninterrupted AC power to your access point.
When using the streetlight power tap adapter (AIR-PWR-ST-LT-R3P), ensure that the access point is mounted within 3 feet (1 m) of the outdoor light control.
