The ACC-PSEN is a remote duct temperature sensor that may be used as a monitoring sensor or a control sensor. When used in a return duct, compatible thermostats can use the sensed air temperature for control. When used in a supply duct, compatible thermostats can indirectly monitor the performance of the HVAC equipment and enable alerts/notifications when the performance doesnt meet values set by the user
