Rheem RHC-ZNS3 is a room temperature sensor with setpoint adjustment that transmits room temperature to the DDC system along with the desired occupied room temperature setpoint. It has a timed override button that allows the tenant to change from an unoccupied temperature setpoint to an occupied temperature setpoint for a preset time.
