The SD200-002 serves as the primary sensor within the SK200-002 Guestroom HVAC Energy Management System. It features a changeover relay contact output, allowing the SF200-001 to regulate HVAC device operation based on guestroom occupancy.
When a room is occupied, occupants have control over the climate system. Conversely, when a room becomes unoccupied, the The SD200-002 sensor communicates with the HVAC system, initiating an automatic setback to conserve energy by refraining from climate control in empty rooms.
An optional door or window switch can be integrated to automatically shut off HVAC operation if any door/window remains open for more than 5 minutes.
