Integration of Modbus devices into Profibus networks is enabled without loss of functionality, control, and reliability, both when retrofitting to existing equipment as well as when setting up new installations.

The P485 Modbus to Profibus Converter is an external DIN-rail mounted device which provides Profibus network connectivity to Modbus devices via a serial RS232/RS422/RS485 interface. The P485 is configured using the P485/D485 configuration cable and the EnerVista P485/D485 Setup Software.
