Friedrich EMOCT is an energy management online connection kit that allows one to connect and control all PTAC or VTAC units through a central system. It simply connects all the units through a port in a central server room allowing you an affordable way to control up to 1024 individual units from any computer, tablet, or smartphone. EMOCT can be used with single-stage heat (cool PTAC units) and single-stage heat pump PTAC units with or without electric heat.
Key Features
- EMOCT is compatible with both the EMRT2 wired and the EMWRT2 wirelss energy management thermostats
- Remote access fee is required for each unit when connecting to the EMOCT
- It can also be used with Friedrich Vert-I-Paks
