The Trane ComfortLink II XL850 Wi-Fi Thermostat gives you control of your home's heating, cooling, and energy usage. With a 4.3-inch color touch-screen and compact design makes this thermostat the latest in climate control technology. Can be remotely controlled from a smart-phone, tablet or a computer.

Compatible with ComfortLink II communicating systems or conventional 24 Volt HVAC cooling, heating, heat pump and dual fuel systems (5 heat/2 cool/dual fuel) with the use of 24V relay panel BAY24VRPAC52DB. Controls up to 3 devices when used with the relay panel. Devices include: whole house humidifier, dehumidifier and energy/heat recover ventilator.

Not Compatible with: Furnaces XV90, XT95, XR95, XB90, XV80, XL80, XT80, XR80, XB80
