PTCTEL's MAXRAD 3/8-inch hole thick surface mount. This adjustable vehicle roof mount includes a solder lug connection, but no cable or connector. It is a special application NMO mount for Motorola style mobile antennas, 0 - 1000 MHz in thick surfaces.

Thread size is 1-1/8 in-18 along with a thick plate and can be used for metal thickness of 1/32 - 1/2-inch.
